保龄球馆里的猫

整洁安静的保龄球馆内，8号保龄球里钻出了调皮可爱的小老鼠杰瑞。他顺着毛巾滑到地板，因打过蜡而锃亮光洁的球道引起了杰瑞的兴趣，他在球道上滑冰、舞蹈，划出美丽优雅的弧线，乐在其中，却不知危险将至。狡猾的老猫汤姆偷偷靠近，准备抓住杰瑞，杰瑞颇为机灵，跑进了球道，结果汤姆无法在这光滑的地面上起身，任由杰瑞戏耍折腾，吃尽了苦头。 　　愤怒的汤姆抄起身边的保龄球向站在球瓶旁边嘲笑他的杰瑞丢去，笨重的保龄球呼啸而过，杰瑞则敏捷地一一躲闪，险象环生。他们的追逐战逐渐升级，整个保龄球馆都成了这两个淘气小家伙的战场……

勇敢的兔八哥

The cartoon begins with a mother buzzard instructing her children to go out and catch something for dinner (horse, steer, moose, and cow, respectively). Three out of four agree to their mom's food choices and take off right away. Then Mother notices one of her kids remaining with his back turned. This is where we meet Beaky (called "Killer" in this short, presumably as an ironic pet name or nickname), as he is painfully shy and a little on the slow side (with Kent Rogers doing a fair imitation of Mortimer Snerd, anticipating Cecil Turtle's voice). Against his will, his mother kicks him out of the nest with instructions to at least catch a rabbit. Beaky spots Bugs Bunny and soars down to catch him. Bugs makes like an air-traffic controller and "guides" Beaky to the ground with a crash. Upon getting up, he is greeted with Bug's trademark phrase "Eh, what's up Doc?" A chase ensues ending with Bugs crashing into the ground underneath the skeleton of a dead animal. He cries because he thinks he's dead, breaking the fourth wall momentarily with a Jerry Colonna-like comment straight to the audience, "Gruesome, isn't it!" He then laughs it off when he realizes otherwise, and breaks the fourth wall again, telling the audience that he knew it all the time. Beaky ends up the same way, and just as he begins to call for his mother in panic, she shows up. At first the mother buzzard thinks Bugs did something to Beaky. Bugs pulls Beaky out of the ground. Upon the realization that Killer is unharmed, the mother abandons her desire to devour Bugs. Instead, she turns to him and declares, "And you, you are my hero!" She embraces Bugs and kisses him. When their lips part a pink heart can be viewed in the space between. This causes Bugs to blush and say "nope, nope, nope" just like Beaky.

猫儿心上人

Donald Fauntleroy Duck gets his draft notice and goes in, past all the amazingly enticing recruiting posters, to sign up. First he has to pass the physical. Despite his flat feet, he makes it. Donald wants to fly, but first he has to make it through Sergeant Pete's boot camp. He has a terrible time with close-order drills, and standing at attention without moving when he's over an ant-hill proves a real challenge. 狗惹麻烦

冬天到来，经过一夜的大雪，第二天早上，房子外面银装素裹，宛如童话中的世界。唐老鸭（克拉伦斯·纳什 Clarence Nash 配音）隔窗望去，甚为喜欢，他打开门却被冻住了嘴巴。于是赶忙回房间穿上厚厚的衣服，带着雪橇板爬山坡玩耍。他好不容易爬到山顶，突然看到三个小外甥休伊、杜威和路易正在山脚下对一个巨大的雪人，为老不尊的唐老鸭计上心头，坐在雪橇板上以极快的速度向山下俯冲，三个小家伙吓得连忙逃跑，雪人则被撞碎。孩子们面面相觑，唐老鸭在一旁乐不可支。孩子们悄悄商议，想出个办法报复了这个坏心眼的舅舅。 　　然而唐老鸭怎能允许这样的失败，于是他重整旗鼓，和孩子们进行了一场不断升级的大雪战……

米奇的生日派对

在一个宁静的夜晚，米妮（塞尔玛·博德曼 Thelma Boardman 配音）的家中聚集了许多的客人，古菲（品托·考维格 Pinto Colvig 配音）、唐老鸭（克拉伦斯·纳什 Clarence Nash 配音）、克劳拉（弗劳伦斯·吉尔 Florence Gill 配音）等悉数到场。他们正在等待米奇（沃尔特·迪斯尼 Walt Disney 配音），好伙伴们为他准备了精彩的生日派对。在Surprise过后，米奇见到了他的生日礼物，一架崭新的风琴。伴随着米妮的演奏，米奇当众跳起了滑稽的舞蹈。接下来，唐老鸭穿上墨西哥的民族服装，和伙伴们列队舞蹈欢歌。另一边的厨房内，古菲正在准备生日蛋糕，可是他手忙脚乱，反倒弄得厨房里乱七八糟。

V for Victory

This animated short by Norman McLaren is a publicity message for a war bond campaign. Symbols, a stick man and lettering are drawn directly on 35mm film stock and synchronized with a brass band rendition of Sousa's march "The Thunderer."

Mail Early

This publicity clip for Canada Post is Norman McLaren's first film for the NFB. For this animated short, McLaren drew symbols by pen onto clear 35 mm stock, which was then superimposed on a photographed painted background. Benny Goodman's rendition of Jingle Bells provides the accompaniment.

涂鸦

In this short animation film, the "boogie" is played by Albert Ammons and the "doodle" is drawn by Norman McLaren. Made without the use of a camera, Boogie-Doodle is a rhythmic, brightly coloured film experiment.

厨师唐老鸭

Donald is listening to a radio cooking program and mixes up a batch of waffles, but he's distracted and uses rubber cement instead of baking powder. The batter proves to be unusually stiff. First, his spoon gets stuck and the batter acts like a rubber-band airplane, flying the bowl around the room. Next, Donald falls with his head in the batter, he tries to get out but initially, he can't (with angry quacking and a lot of bubbles popping), and his tail in the waffle iron. Then he tries to chop it with an ax, and the ax flies up and splits the room in half. Finally, he throws the bowl out the door; it sticks to the knob while the bowl gets stuck between two trees. The stretching causes a branch to knock on the door, tricking Donald into opening it and letting the batter back in. After several attempts, he has had enough and rushes to the radio studio where the cooking program is being broadcast, and takes his anger out on Old Mother Mallard. As he approaches the radio station, the radio shakes and wobbles showing that Donald is violently attacking Old Mother Mallard!

Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy of Company 'B'

Hot Breath Harry is a hot trumpeter at a jazz club. He finds himself drafted into the Army, where he's assigned to be the bugler of an African-American company. But everyone hates the bugler, because he blows reveille at the ungodly hour of 5 AM sharp. Sure enough, on his first day, Harry gets pelted with everything imaginable. He lands against a wall, where his trumpet falls on him. He plays a swinging wakeup that segues into the title tune, and nobody minds waking up to this. Everyone swings through the whole day, even when three soldiers march into a lake and two soldiers, followed by a grinning alligator, march out.

在一个阳光明媚的日子里，我们的小绅士米老鼠开着汽车来到公园门口。他西装革履，优雅得度。在停好车后，米奇戴上礼帽，拎着文明杖装腔作势地走入公园。这时，身着华美洋服的米妮打着小小遮阳伞从他身边走过。米奇被对方曼妙的身姿所吸引，他主动上前搭讪，两人一拍即合，你侬我侬。稍后，他们并肩而行，来到剧院观看戏剧。剧院里人声鼎沸，少顷演出开始，题目为《亲爱的父亲》的戏剧让米妮泪如雨下。接下来是由真人表演的歌舞喜剧，两位演员插科打诨，嬉闹不断，让台下的观众乐开怀。

小旋风

阳光明媚的一天，心情愉悦的米妮（塞尔玛·博德曼 Thelma Boardman 配音）哼着小曲，从烤箱捧出喷香诱人的蛋糕。蛋糕的香气飘啊飘，刚好被路过的米奇（沃尔特·迪斯尼 Walt Disney 配音）闻到。米奇垂涎欲滴，祈求米妮能分给他一点，但是被这位高傲的小姐拒绝了。于是米奇许诺帮助米妮打扫院落，以换取吃蛋糕的资格。得到女主人的同意后，米奇充满干劲地开始打扫起来。就在这时，一个恼人的家伙来了，它是一个桀骜不驯的小旋风，见到工作的米奇，小旋风赶上前惹出了不少的乱子。
